催化干气选择氧化制氢

【摘要】 采用固定床流动反应装置研究了在多组分 Ni 基催化剂上催化干气选择氧化制氢的反应性能。结果表明:在床层温度860 ℃,空速3 .0 ×105h - 1 时,干气中甲烷转化率96 .8 % ,乙烯、乙烷全部转化、 C O 选择性> 90 % 。尾气中主要成分 H2 占54 .0 % 、 C O 占34 .6 % ,若 C O 通过水蒸汽变换反应转化为 H2 ,则尾气中的总 H2 量可达88 % ,从而大大提高了催化干气的利用价值。

【Abstract】 The performance of selective oxidation of off gas from catalytic cracking to H 2 has been investigated in a fixed -bed flow reactor over the Ni-based catalyst. The results show that the conversion rate of CH 4 in off gas is 96.8%, C 2H 4 and C 2H 6 are converted completely, the selectivity of CO is higher than 90% at the space velocity of 3.0x10 5h -1 and the bed temperature of 860℃. Under the reaction conditions aforementioned, the content of H 2 and CO in the product gas is 54.0% and 34.6% respectively. If CO is converted to H 2 by the water-shift reaction, the total content of H 2 in product gas can approach 88%, and the using value of off gas from catalytic cracking will be greatly improved.
