催化裂化汽油预碱洗方式的改进—SB-1固体碱代替液体碱
Improvement on Precaustic Wash in Sweetening of Catalytic Gasoline by Replacing Caustic Solution with Solid Base SB-1.
【摘要】 以固体碱洗代替传统的 Na O H 液体碱洗是解决当前 F C C 汽油预碱洗时废碱液排放的最有效途径之一。开发的 S B- 1 固体碱具有吸收酸性物质( H2 S) 能力强、机械强度高、再生简单等特点。本文介绍了 S B- 1 固体碱的制备方法及其性能,并在实验室模拟工业装置上考察其预碱洗效果,结果表明:经 S B- 1 碱洗汽油脱臭催化剂寿命比未碱洗的大大增长,与液体碱洗效果相同,说明 S B- 1 固体碱能够代替液体碱预碱洗。
【Abstract】 Replacing caustic solution by solid base in the precaustic wash of FCC gasoline is one of the best effective way for solving waste caustic bleeding. The paper introduces the preparation and property of solid base SB-1, the solid base possesses strong absorptace of acidic component (H 2S), high mechanical strength and can be regenerated simply. The precaustic wash effect of solid base is examined in the laboratory simulation test, the results show that the life of gasoline sweetening catalyst is greatly increased after caustic wash by solid base SB-1, the caustic wash effect of solid base is same as that of caustic solution.
