固体超强酸和质子酸在乙醇酸甲酯合成中的协同作用
Studies on the Synergetic Effect of Solid Superacid and Protonic Acid for the Synthesis of Methyl Glycolat
【摘要】 在微型高压反应登中(120mL),研究了通过自制的固体超强酸(SO42-/ZrO2)协同浓H2SO4催化三聚甲醛和甲酸甲酯偶联制备乙醇酸甲酯的反应。固体超强酸(SO42-/ZrO2)的引入,大大地降低了浓H2SO4催化该偶联反应的用量。研究了酸催化剂中质子的作用并初步探讨了偶联反应的机理,认为该偶联反应分三个步骤完成,第一步是酸催化甲酸甲酯的分解产生CO和CH3OH;第二步是甲醛的羰化形成乙醇酸;第三步是CH3OH酯化形成乙醇酸甲酯,进一步醚化形成甲氧基乙酸甲酯。
【Abstract】 The solid sopracid samples (SO42-/ZrO2) were prepared and their synergtic effect with conentrated sulfuric acid on the synthesis reactions of methyl glycolate (MG) were investigated from the couplings of methyl formate and trioxan, in a microform high-pressure autoclave(120ml). With the presence of solid surperacid (SO42-/ZrO2), the operating amount of concentrated sulfuric acid could be diminished obviously for catalyzing the same coupling reaction. The effect of proton H+ in the solid catalyst was studied, and the reaction mechanism was discussed. Three steps could be involved in this coupling process: first, catalyzed by acidic catalyst, the decomposition of methyl fromate produced CO and CH3OH;then, carbonylation of formaldehyde formed glycollic acid;third, an esterfication of methaol led to methyl glycolate,and further formed methoxy acedic methyl ester by etherification.
