丙烯酰胺与N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物水凝胶的合成与性能研究
Studies on syntheses and properties of hydrogel of acrylamide and N-vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer
【摘要】 以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法合成丙烯酰胺/N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物水凝胶.研究了合成条件对水凝胶溶胀度和凝胶强度的影响,并用该水凝胶来浓缩蛋白质稀溶液.
【Abstract】 in this paper, hydrogels of acrylamide (AM ) and N - vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP) copolymer were synthesized by solution polymerization, with N, N’ -methylene- his -acrylamide used as cross-linking agent. The effects of polymerization conditionson the swelling ratio and on the gel intensity of the hydrogels were studied. Also,the hydrogel was used to concentratie solution of protein.
