【Abstract】 The rise of Japan’s postwar economy benefits greatly from the vigorous national education, the success of which speaks in three aspects-.1) the educational ideology of "regarding education as the basis to revitalize a state "arouses the national fervor of initiating education; 2) the legalized educational management system guarantees the continuous and steady development of education in a planned way; 3) the modernized internal system of education constructs the high -level Japanese education.
