【摘要】 目的：观察MEBO对面部烧伤合并广泛异物嵌顿病人的治疗效果。方法：全程采用MEBO治疗，至愈后两周。结果：12例全部愈合。浅Ⅱ度创面：异物4一10天排出，5—12天愈合；Ⅱ度创面：异物8～18天排出，12～20天愈合。面部未遗留疲痕，2例有点状色素沉着。结论：MEBO湿润暴露疗法具有痛苦小，损伤轻微，缩短病程，减轻容貌毁损的优点。对面部烧伤合并广泛异物嵌顿的病人，最为适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating face burn with inlaidforeign matter. Method: MEBO was applied to all the patients in the whole treating course until 2weeks after wound healing. Results: Ail the 12 cases were healed. For superficial 2nd degree wounds,foreign matters were eliminated in 4 to 10 days and wounds healed in 5 to 12 days. For deep 2nd de-gree wounds, foreign matters were eliminated in 8 to 18 days and wounds healed in 12 to 20 days. Noscar was formed. Only 2 cases had slight pigmentation. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has the advan-tages of no pain, no further injury, short treating course and no damage of the features.[更多还原
