【Abstract】 12 cases of severe yellow phosphorus burn were treated successfully with MEBT associated with combined drug and knife technique. Phosphorus burn is a combined thermal and chemical injury, so chemical intoxication should be considered. Removal of the residual phosphorus arid treatment of wound surface with combined drug and knife technique should be per formed as early as possible. Early preventiori of complications by MSOF, emphasizing the treatment of its inducing causes is the key to successful treatment.更多还原
