【摘要】 采用MEBT救治大面积烧伤35例，男28例，女7例。年龄10～76岁。烧伤面积45％～60％23例，61％～80％10例，＞80％2例。其中成功治愈1例总面积85％，Ⅲ度面积30％。27例合并低血容量休克，7例伴吸入伤。本组治愈32例，死亡3例，分别死于喉头水肿窒息、严重感染和多脏器功能衰竭。作者对烧伤创面的规范化处理及全身系统性综合性治疗进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 35 cases of large area burn were treated with MEBT. 28 males and 7 females aged from 10 to 76. 23 cases had burn area 45 % to 6o%, 10 cases 61 % to 80% and 2 cases＞80 %. Among them 1 case had a total burn area of 85 % and third degree bum area 30 % was cured. 27 cases were complicated by hypovolemic shock and 7 case complicated by inhalation injury. 32 cases were cured and 3 cases died. A discussion on the systemic comprehensive treatment was presented.更多还原
