薄层色谱法分离测定1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-氯代-β-内酰胺

【摘要】 用薄层色谱法分离测定了反应混合物中的1,5-苯并硫氮杂艹卓-α-氯代-β-内酰胺。采用透射法锯齿扫描,定量分析的变异系数小于5% ,最低检测限为0.114 μg,定量校正线性相关系数0.995 2,方法的平均回收率为96.75% ,方法简便、快速。

【Abstract】 A method for separation and determination of 1,5\|benzothiazepines\| α \|chloro\| β \|lactam in reaction mixture by thin\|layer chromatography has been established. The operating conditions were: λ 1=270 nm, λ 2=310 nm, beam size:1.2 mm×1.2 mm, SX =3. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.285\|5.7 μg ( r =0 995 2, n =8) and the detectable limit was 0.114 μg. The coefficient of variation of this method was less than 5% and the average recovery for β \|lactam was 96.75%. The method is simple and rapid.
