【Abstract】 A method for separation and determination of 1,5\|benzothiazepines\| α \|chloro\| β \|lactam in reaction mixture by thin\|layer chromatography has been established. The operating conditions were: λ 1=270 nm, λ 2=310 nm, beam size:1.2 mm×1.2 mm, SX =3. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.285\|5.7 μg ( r =0 995 2, n =8) and the detectable limit was 0.114 μg. The coefficient of variation of this method was less than 5% and the average recovery for β \|lactam was 96.75%. The method is simple and rapid.更多还原
