杏仁油的物化性能及其脂肪酸组成的分析

【摘要】 用 3 种不同溶剂萃取杏仁得到杏仁油,并对其物化常数进行测定。杏仁油用饱和氢氧化钾甲醇皂化,再用甲醇硫酸(体积比为 4∶1)甲酯化后,将乙醚萃取液作气相色谱分析。太原杏仁油中脂肪酸的主要成分为油酸( C18∶1,质量分数约 68% )和亚油酸( C18∶2,质量分数约 25% ),少量棕榈酸( C16∶0)、棕榈烯酸( C16∶1)和硬脂酸( C18∶0),微量花生酸( C20∶0)。

【Abstract】 Almond oil was extracted from almond and saponified with saturated KOH methanol. The mixed fatty acids methylated by methanol H 2SO 4(4∶1,V/V).Methyl esters were extracted by ether and detected by gas chromatography. The major fatty acids in Taiyuan almond oil were found to be about 68% oleic acid(C 18∶1 ), 25% linoleic acid(C 18∶2 ), 4.6% 4.8% palmitic acid(C 16∶0 ) and a little of palmitoleic acid(C 16∶1 ),stearic acid(C 18∶0 ).A trace of arachidic acid(C 20∶0 )was also found.
