固相微萃取技术及其在分析中的应用
Solid—Phase Microextraction Techniques and Uses in Analysis
【摘要】 综述了近年来国际上广泛采用的样品分析前处理新技术-固相微萃取。该技术利用待分析有机物与溶剂之间“相似者相溶”的原理,仅用一个类似进样器的装置即可完成全部样品前处理和气相色谱、液相色谱、毛细管电泳等仪器的进样工作。具有操作简便、费用低、无污染、易于自动化等一系列优点,是前处理方法的一次创新。针对分析所需的固定相、样品量和容器体积、萃取时间、无机盐的使用、pH值、温度、加速提取辅助装置等技术条件文中较详尽的介绍了选择方法。目前该技术已在农药残留、食品风味、体液药物残留分析领域中显现出广泛应用前景。
【Abstract】 A new world\|wide use sample nalytical technique——solidphase microextraction is summarized. This technique obey the basic principle of “like dissolves like” Only a syringe\|like device can complete the total progress of target analytes are extracted from sample matrix and desorbed into analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC and CE. This technique has a lot of advantages such as simplicity, low\|cost, noncontaminant easy automation. It’s a revolution compare with traditional sample preparation methos. How to select fiber coating, sample quantity and volume, the time of expose, salt, pH, temperature, the device which can improve transfer of analytes from the matrix to the extracting phase is introduced in this report. This techniques has shown widely use in pesticide residues, food flavor and drug residues in body fluid analysis.\;
