【摘要】 ①目的观察带缝匠肌蒂髂骨移植治疗股骨头缺血坏死的疗效。②方法采用带缝匠肌蒂髂骨移植治疗股骨头缺血坏死２５例（３４髋），随访４～１０年，根据北戴河会议制订的标准对临床疗效进行评定。③结果３４髋中，优４髋，良１９髋，一般６髋，差５髋。④结论带缝匠肌蒂髂骨移植法适用于ＦｉｃａｔⅡ，Ⅲ期的青壮年病人，且缓解疼痛效果显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the long term results of muscule pedicled ilium bone graft in treating avascular necrosis of femoral head.\ Methods\ 25 cases (34 hips) of avascular necrosis of femoral head treated with muscule pedicled ilium bone graft were followed up for 4-10 years. The clinical results were assessed according to Bei Dai He conference criteria.\ Results There were excellent results for 4 hips, good for 19 hips, fair for 6 hips and poor for 5 hips in this study.\ Conclusion\ Muscule pedicled ilium bone graft was good for younger patients at Ficat Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage and exerted good effect for relieving hip pain.更多还原
