MgO对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成及性能影响的研究

【摘要】 研究了MgO对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成及性能的影响。结果表明,含有适量的MgO可改善生料的易烧性,促进fCaO的吸收,促进C3S及C4A3S两种主要矿物的形成,有利于其在熟料中的共存;适量的MgO亦可提高水泥的强度;阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料中可允许有较高的MgO存在,使高镁原料的利用成为可能。

【Abstract】 Effect of MgO on the formation and properties of alite-sulfoaluminate cement clinker has been investigated. The experiment results show that the addition of MgO at proper amount can improve the burnability of raw meal, promote the adsorption of fCaO and the formation of C3S and C4A3ˉ,and be beneficial to the coexistence of the two minerals. Proper amount of MgO in clinker can also increase the strength of resultant cement. Besides, a higher content of MgO can be tolerated to exist in alite-sulfoaluminate clinker, which indicates the possibility of using raw materials with high MgO content.
