预分解窑熟料热耗的影响因素和降低的途径
【摘要】 通过大量的实际生产和热工标定数据,分析了国内部分预分解窑熟料热耗高的原因,提出了从减小烧成系统漏风、散热损失等方面入手,利用废气余热、燃烧可燃废料等技术,降低预分解窑的熟料热耗。
【Abstract】 Through large quantities actual Production and heat process measuring data, analyzing the reason Of high heatconsumption of Precalciner kiln clinker, to solve the problem of reducing the heat consumption of precalciner kiln clinkerstart with the measures of diminishing the air leakage of dissipated heat loss, utilizing waste gas heat and combustible wastematerials and so on techniques.
