【摘要】 为促进神经探查瘢痕松解术后神经功能的恢复，对探查的１５例有神经功能障碍（臂丛神经１０例，腓总神经５例）、局部瘢痕粘连压迫较重、神经完整性良好的病人，行神经外膜或束间瘢痕松解后，局部应用适量醋酸去炎松Ａ涂膜剂。１～３个月后，病人瘫痪肌肉肌力均恢复到Ⅲ级以上，感觉机能恢复正常。随访１年，无１例复发。结论：该药经济、易得，局部使用副作用少。可有效减轻瘢痕再次粘连压迫，促进神经功能恢复，而且可减轻皮肤切口瘢痕，改善外观。更多还原

【Abstract】 In an effort to avoid nerve dysfunciton recurence after relaxtion of the compressed nere by neurolysis operation, we adminstered triamcinolone acitonide topically in 15 patients: 10 brachial plexus, 4 common nerve peroneal and 1 femoral nerve. It was realized that the injured nerve was compressed and adhered tightly in local condition. All the cases have achieved good results 1～3 months postoperatively and no patient recurred after 1 year follow up. It is concluded that triamcinolone acitonide A is cost saving and effecftive when used clinically. It can also improve the cosmetic appearance of the skin.更多还原
