黄腐酸钠增强猕猴桃幼苗抗旱能力的生理效应研究

【摘要】 叶面喷施黄腐酸钠可显著提高猕猴桃幼苗的抗旱保水能力,表现为降低叶面蒸腾强度,增加气孔扩散阻力,提高幼苗的生物量和叶片的叶绿素含量,在干旱胁迫条件下尤为明显。叶面喷施黄腐酸钠还可使处于干旱胁迫的猕猴桃幼苗叶片内脯氨酸含量比对照提高近一倍,即使在水分充足时,也能使叶片内脯氨酸含量比对照增加73.6%。

【Abstract】 Leaf-spraying fulvic acid-Na can obviously enhance the drought-resistance and water-maintaining capacity of kiwifruit seedlings, especially when under the condition of drought stress. The major physiological influences by fulvic acid-Na are decreasing in leaf transpiration, increasing in diffusion resistance of stoma and increasing in dry matters and chlorophyll content in the seedlings. Fulvic acid-Na can also cause the proline content in the leaves to increase twice as much as that in the cantrols, and even in the condition of sufficent water supply, the proline content in the treated leaves increased by 73.6%.
