【Abstract】 The cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor(CKI) p27 suppresses cyclin CDK activities extensively, which is encoded by p27 gene located in human chromosome 12p13. p27 controls the progression of the cell cycle via post translational modifications, and participates in various processes including cell proliferation and differentiation. The discovery, structure, regulation mechanisms and correlation with tumors on p27 gene were reviewed in this paper.更多还原
