机械合金化过程中α-Fe与BN混合粉末结构和磁性的变化

【摘要】 采用机械合金化方法,制备了ε- FeXN/BN 磁性纳米复合材料,并用X 射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计分析了α- Fe 与BN 混合粉末的结构和磁性随球磨时间的变化.结果表明,这种原料通过球磨先形成非晶合金,然后非晶合金晶化形成了ε- FeXN/BN,其饱和磁化强度随球磨时间的增加有一最大值,随后逐步减小

【Abstract】 The magnetic nanocomposite ε-Fe XN/BN was prepared by mechanical alloying.The change of structure and magnetism of the sample with ball milling was analyzed by x-ray and vsm.The results indicated that mixed powders non-crystallined,and then formated ε-Fe XN/BN alloy.The saturation magneization of sample increded,and then decreased with ball milling time. :The magnetic nanocomposite ε-Fe XN/BN was prepared by mechanical alloying.The change of structure and magnetism of the sample with ball milling was analyzed by x-ray and vsm.The results indicated that mixed powders non-crystallined,and then formated ε-Fe XN/BN alloy.The saturation magneization of sample increded,and then decreased with ball milling time.
