HDPE和NBR共混改性及其工艺条件的研究
Study of Blend Modification and Process Condition of HDPE with NBR
【摘要】 研究了三种牌号的HDPE(8900S、5000S、5070EA)与两种牌号的NBR(NBR—18,NBR-26)改性的共混体系。结果表明:用极性NBR改性非极性HDPE,其改性效果除了与NBR的牌号、含量和基体树脂HDPE的熔体指数有关之外,还与混炼时间、温度、辊距等工艺条件有关,并讨论了对体系冲击性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The modified blend systems of 3 types of HDPE (8900S,50005 and 5070EA)with 2 types of NBR (NBR 18 and NBR 26) were studied The results showed when polar NBR was applied to the modification of non polar HDPE,the modification was dependent upon not only the type and content of NBR and MFI of the matrix HDPE,but also the process condition,such as blend time,temperature and roll spacing.The effect on the impact strength of the blend system was also studied in this paper.
