【Abstract】 Northwest Power Dispatching and Communication Bureau, taking the actual conditions of itself power network into account and overcoming the unfavorable factors of no specification, no experience and data shortage, is the first to complete the work of feasibility study report on water dispatching automation planning, concept design, function specifications preparation and system development.
