【摘要】 对Ｅ４３０００ 立向下焊条进行了研究。该焊条为高钛纤维素立向下焊专用焊条，属高钛渣系。施焊时，有强的气流保护，药皮造渣温度、熔渣熔点等理化参数和金属有较好的匹配，从而实现由上而下的立向下焊接，焊条工艺性能良好，焊条质量符合《ＧＢ／Ｔ５１１７ － １９９５ 碳钢焊条》的规定和要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The E4300 electrod of vertical down position welding is researched.The result shows that this type electrod is a special high titania celluose type electrod used for vertical down position welding ,it belongs to high titania slag type.When useded for welding,the electrod can produce strong gas flow,the physical and chamical parametrs such as the slagfroming temperature of coating and slag melting-point etc.are matched with base matel.The vertical down position welding can be realized from up to down.The usability of electrod is well.The quality of electrod can reach the state standard 《GB/T 5117-1995 carbon steel covered electrod》.更多还原
