【Abstract】 Industrial Forest has been widely developed in many countries by virtue of its fast growing in recent years. An attempt was made in this paper to summarize the recent several decades development of Industrial Forest management and research in the world,to analyze progress Which had been made in concept,characteristics, developmental reason and necessary facts of Industrial Forest, to point out problems inthe practice of management, to state developmental trends of Industrial Forest in the future.
