反应铸造生成Fe-TiC梯度表面复合材料的研究
Study on an FeTiC Gradient Surface Composite Synthesized by React Casting
【摘要】 用反应铸造技术,在铸钢件表面合成了厚度为4.2mm的Fe-TiC表面复合材料。该表面复合材料中同时含有铬的碳化物和片状石墨,TiC的颗粒大小为1~3μm,在亚表面层中,TiC的体积分数高达38%,由表及里,Fe-TiC表面复合材料的组织和成分皆呈梯度分布,逐渐过渡到母体合金。在重载干滑动磨损条件下它显示了非常好的耐磨性能
【Abstract】 Using a react casting technique,an FeTiC surface composite,consisting of chromiumcarbides and flake graphites,with a thickness of 4.2mm,was synthesized on a surface of cast steel,The volume fraction of TiC particles was up to 38% in the subsurface layer and the particle size was in the range 13m.From outside in,the structure and composition of the FeTiC surface composite took on a gradient distribution and transformed gradually to that of a master alloy.Under the condition of dry slipping with a heavy load,the FeTiC surface composite offers virtually unique wear resistance.
