【Abstract】 The relative technology of accurate spur gear net shape forging are researched.The two step forming technology combined constrained divided flow is presented for cold precision forging the steel spur gears.The key technique in practical application such as updated design method of die cavity,die material and structure softening of blank throughout lubricating consideration are researched.The cold forged 20CrMnTi steel spur gears have higher precision.更多还原
