三维连续网状多孔陶瓷增强ZL102复合材料的摩擦磨损特性
The Friction and Wear Charactristics of Network Ceramics Reinforced ZL102 Alloy Composites
【摘要】 对铸造铝基三维连续网状多孔陶瓷复合材料在干摩擦和油润滑条件下的耐磨性进行了较细致的分析,并对影响该复合材料滑动磨损行为的因素进行了讨论。结果表明:无论在干摩擦还是油润滑条件下,复合材料均比基体合金耐磨,尤其是高载时,复合材料的耐磨性能更突出地显示出来。
【Abstract】 The wear resistance of MNCC under dry sliding and lubricated sliding conditions was analysed carefully when the loading level was varied,the factors affecting the sliding behavior of MNCC were also discussed in this paper. The results show that the wear resistance of MNCC is better than that of base material regardless of the dry sliding or the lubricated sliding case,which is more conspicuous especially under high loading level.
