【摘要】 本研究采用ＭｃＡｂ－Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ的方法，平行地对日本血吸虫病家兔血清和尿液中的日本血吸虫肠相关趋阴极抗原的水平动态进行检测。结果显示，家兔在感染血吸虫第４周后尿液中有２８．６％（２／７）可检出ＣＡｇ，１０至１２周达到高峰７１．４％（５／７）；血清中ＣＡｇ于感染后第２周可检出，８至１０周达到高峰，以后缓慢下降。提示家兔在感染１０周左右可能是尿液中ＣＡｇ检出的理想时期。更多还原
