【摘要】 目的观察灸法对实验性脾虚大鼠血清Ｄ－木糖含量及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用复合造模法复制出实验性脾虚大鼠，用麦粒灸灸“脾俞”、“胃俞”、“足三里”穴。结果灸治组血清Ｄ－木糖值较模型组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）；红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体环率显著上升（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＩＣ花环率显著下降（Ｐ＜０．００１），旦与中药对照组比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论灸法能提高细胞免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the D xylose content of serum and RBC immunologic function on modle rats of spleen difficiency treated by moxibustion. Method In this paper, the author with method of compound factor successfully reconstructed diarrea modle rats of splean difficiency and by means of granule moxibustion of “Pishu”,“Weishu”,“Zusanli” points, once a day, three cones per point, continued 15 days. Result The content of D xylose in serum remarkably increased ( P <0.001); the rosette rate of C 3b recepter (C 3b RR) of RBC also increaded, while the rosette rate of immune complex (IC R)of RBC decreased.Conclusion Moxibustion might increase RBC immunologic function.更多还原
