【摘要】 目的　为了提高针刺治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法　在辨证选穴的基础上，强调久留针，注重针感传导，同时设对照组比较。结果　久留针强针感的愈显率为８８．５％ ，对照组为４６．１％ ，其疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论　久留针强针感法治疗三叉神经痛疗效比一般针刺法好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods On the basis of acupoint selection based on syndromic differentiation, emphasis was put on retention of needles and transmission of needling sensation. At the same time, a control group was established for comparison. Results Recovery rate and markedly effective rate were 88.5% for long retained needles and strong needling sensation and 46.1% in control group. The curative effect was obviously superior to that in control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture with long retained needles and strong needling sensation has a better effect on trigeminal neuralgia than usual one.更多还原
