【摘要】 上海中医药大学科技中心电镜室应用光镜和电镜技术比较研究青年组、老年组、中药老年组大鼠松果体的组织学形态和超微结构的变化。实验结果显示，老年组的松果体组织结构和超微结构比青年组的松果体皆显出明显变性，而中药老年组的松果体无论是组织结构，还是细胞超微结构，都比老年组的松果体有明显改善，而与青年组的结构接近。提示补肾中药能延缓老年大鼠松果体的衰老变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bytechniquesofopticalandelectronmicroscope,thechangesinhistologyandultrastructureofpinealbodyofratswerestudiedandcomparedtheyounggroup,oldgroupandtheoldgroupofChineseherbaldrugs.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthehistologicalstructureandultrastructureofthepinealbodyintheoldgrouppresentedobviousdegenerationthanthoseofthepinealbodyintheyounggroup.AndeitherthehistologicalstructureorultrastructureofthepinealbodyintheoldgroupofChineseherbaldrugswasremarkablyimprovedthanintheoldgroupandwassimilartothestructureintheyounggroup.TheseresultsindicatethatChineseherbaldrugsthattonifythekidneycanpostponethedegenerativechangeinthepinealbodyofoldrats.更多还原
