试论"一流中医药大学"的办学目标与实践

【摘要】 通过回顾上海中医药大学近１０多年来的教育教学改革实践，阐述“一流中医药大学”的办学目标和实施战略。认为办学思想、学校管理、科学研究、学科建设、师资队伍、人才培养和办学条件等七个方面是评价高校办学的指标体系，一流大学应在这些基本方面体现出综合优势。
【Abstract】 ByreviewoftheeducationalandteachingreformpracticeinShanghaiUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicineintherecenttenyears,thisarticleexplainstheeducationalpurposeandpracticalstrategyoffirstclassuniversityoftraditionalChinesemedicineandpharmacyandbelievesthatthesevenaspectsofeducationalthoughts,schoolmanagement,scientificresearch,subjectsconstruction,teachersresources,talentscultivationandeducationalconditionsaretheindexsystemfortheuniversitytoevaluatetheeducationalabilityandthatthefirstclassuniversityshouldpresentitscomprehensiveadvantageinthesebasicaspects.
