【摘要】 探讨补肾、健脾、益气、和血各类方药延缓衰老作用的异同点。从神经内分泌、免疫功能、抗自由基、血小板聚集以及肝蛋白质、肺cAMP含量等方面选择与衰老有关的指标，同步测试比较研究上述各类方药对自然衰老大鼠的延缓衰老作用。结果表明：上述各类方药均能提高自然衰老大鼠脾脏IL-2活性，肝蛋白质含量，脑、肝SOD含量，降低肝LPO、血清E2和血小板聚集。但补肾组对延缓老年大鼠垂体-性腺功能、益气组对延缓脑功能衰老的作用最为广泛而明显;和血组对提高老年鼠肺cAMP含量有明显作用。各组方药均能提高肝蛋白质含量.但作用机理不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 In exploration of the similar and different points in the aging-retarding effects of various types of the formulas and drugs to tonify the kidney strengthen the spleen, benefit qi and harmonize blood, the indexes related to senility were selected from neuroendocrine, immune function, anti -free radical, platelet aggregation and hepatic protein and pulmonary cAMP content, to test, compare and study simultaneously the aging-retarding effects of the above-mentioned formulas and drugs in naturally-aging rats, The results showed that the above-mentioned formulas and drugs can all enhance the spleen IL-2 activity, hepatic protein content, cerebral and hepatic SOD content and decrease hepatic LPO, serum E2 and platelet aggregation in the naturally-aging rats. But, the effect was most extensive and obvious in retarding aging of pituitary-gonad function in the old rats in the kidney-tonifying group, in rearding aging of the cerebral function in the qi benefiting group and was obvious in enhancing the pulmonary cAMP content in the old rat in the blood -harmonizing group. Various groups of the formulas and herbal drugs can all enhance the hepatic protein content, but the functional mechanisms are different.更多还原
