【摘要】 以胶原酶合肝素为诱发剂 ,制成实验性脑出血大鼠模型 ,观察羚蝎胶囊 (由羚羊角、全蝎、三七、水蛭组成 ;实验分组为A组 )对该模型神经症状积分、脑含水量和脑组织形态学的影响 ,同时设正常组 (B组 )、模型组 (C组 )、脑血康口服液组 (D组 )作对照。结果 :神经症状积分 :造模后2 4小时 ,A组低于D组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;脑含水量 :造模后第 4天 ,A组和D组显著低于C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但高于B组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,A组和D组之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;脑组织形态 :A组病理学改变较D组轻。提示羚蝎胶囊有降低实验性脑出血大鼠脑含水量 ,促进血肿吸收 ,减轻神经细胞损伤 ,促进胶质细胞增生的作用 ,疗效优于脑血康口服液。更多还原
