【摘要】 目的　观察尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法　选择连续４３ 例符合 Ｗ Ｈ Ｏ 制订的不稳定型心绞痛病人，在一般常规应用抗心绞痛治疗的基础上每天静脉滴注尿激酶５０ 万 Ｕ，观察临床症状的改善和心电图变化。结果　在溶栓治疗后，心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和心电图相应导联的变化均示显著改善。结论　小剂量尿激酶对不稳定型心绞痛有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of urokinse therapy in unstable angina pectoris . Methods 43 patients with unstable angina pectoris in accordance with the classification by W H O,were in cluded . Based on the conventionaltherapy of anti angina pectoris ,the patients received intravenous infusionof 500 000 units of urokinase every day ,and changes of clinicalsym pto ms and electrocardiogra m of the pa tients were observed . Results After throm bolytic therapy ,the angina pectoris was im proved in num ber ofepisodes ,duration of lasting and changes of electrocardiogram .
