【摘要】 目的　在上海市职业病防治条例实施三年后在闵行区作初步评估。方法　分析闵行区卫生防疫站、中心医院和上海医科大学中的有关卷宗和记录。结果　闵行区共有１７８６ 家企业２６１４５７ 名工人，其中４０６ 家企业３９９２０ 名工人暴露于有害的职业因素。与上海医科大学健康教育教研室合作，我们举办了８ 期职业健康教育和培训２０１ 家工厂中的３６５ 人。对一些企业进行了监督和处罚。结论　职业病防治条例对职业卫生服务起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make an elementary evaluation of the “Legislation on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases in Shanghai Municipality” which had been implemented for three years in the Minhang District. Method By analyzing the files and records which were accumulated by the Health and Anti-epidemic Station and the Central Hospital and Shanghai Medical University. Results There were 1786 enterprises and 261457 workers in total in Minhang District, in which 406 enterprises and 39920 workers were exposed to harmful occupational factors. Cooperated with the Dept. of Health Education of Shanghai Medical University, we held Occupational Health Education and Occupational Health Regulation Training Course for 8 terms. There were 365 persons from 201 factories trained. Conclusion The legislation on occupational diseases management plays a great role for Occupational Health Education and Occupational Health Services.更多还原
