【摘要】 目的　调查上海市小学肥胖流行现状及流行的性别与年龄差别。方法　对４ 所小学一～五年级年龄为７ ～１１ 岁的２ ７６２ 名儿童作了身高和体重的人体测量学检查。结果　４ 所小学儿童总肥胖流行率为１２ ．７ ％ ，其中男孩１６ ．５ ％ ，女孩８ ．８ ％ 。一～五年级男生肥胖率依次为１１ ．８ ％ 、１５ ．２ ％ 、１３ ．６ ％ 、１９ ．５ ％ 和２２ ．５ ％ ，女生为８ ．１ ％ 、１１ ．６ ％ 、１０ ．５ ％ 、６ ．８ ％ 和７ ．９ ％ 。肥胖流行男女生间存在极显著统计学差别（ χ２ ＝ ３７ ．４ ， Ｐ＜ ０ ．００５） ，同时肥胖流行在一～五年级男生也有明显差别（ χ２ ＝ １４ ．４ ， Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，但女生各年级间无差别。４ 所小学儿童总超重率为５ ．３ ％ ，其中男孩６ ．６ ％ ，女孩４ ．０ ％ ，男女生间存在极显著差别（ χ２ ＝ １３ ．２ ， Ｐ＜ ０ ．００５） 。同时仅在女生各年级间超重存在有意义差别（ χ２ ＝ １０ ．５ ， Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，男生各年级间无差异。三～五年级男生中重度肥胖百分比明显高于一～二年级男生。结论　上海市４ 所小学肥胖和超重流行以男生为主。肥胖流行存在明显的年龄峰值（ 男生１０ ～１１岁，女生８ ～９ 岁） 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the prevalence and differences in gender and age in obesity in primary schools of Shanghai. Methods Take anthropometric measurements of height and weight in 2 762 children aged 7～11 years in grades 1 through 5 in 4 primary schools. Results The prevalence of obesity in total children in 4 schools was 12.7% (16.5% in boys, 8.8% in girls). The prevalence of obesity from grade 1 to 5 was 11.8%、15.2%、13.6%、19.5% and 22.5% in boys and 8.1%、11.6%、10.5%、6.8% and 7.9% in girls respectively. The difference was significant statistically in the prevalence of obesity between female and male (χ 2=37.4,P<0.005),and among 5 grades but only in boys not in girls (χ 2=14.4,P<0.01). The prevalence of overweight in total children in 4 schools was 5.3% (6.6% in boys, 4.0% in girls). The difference was significant statistically in the prevalence of overweigh between female and male. (χ 2=13.2,P<0.005),and among 5 grades but only in girls,not in boys(χ 2=10.5,P<0.05). The percentage of middle and severe obesity in boys at grades 3 to 5 was greater than at grades 1 and 2. Conclusions There was increased prevalence of obesity and overweight in male in 4 primary schools of Shanghai. There was a remarkable age-peak in the prevalence of obesity (10～11 y in boys and 8～9 y in girls).更多还原
