轨道涡流制动试验与研究

【摘要】 为了研究涡流电磁力包括涡流制动力的电磁吸力,在不同的相对运动速度下的变化规律,研制了轨道涡流制动试验台。通过分析涡流电磁力形成方向和范围,设计了两级测力机构,即安装在扇形支架内的测试电磁吸力的测试机构和安装在扇形支架外侧的测试涡流制动力的测试座。根据模拟制动能量和测试控制的要求,确定了轨道轮和惯性轮的结构及主轴传动机构等。提出了轨道涡流制动试验台的有关性能调试内容,并给出部分测试结果。

【Abstract】 In order to research the eddy current electromagnetic force that varies with the relative speed, including brake force and attraction, the high speed simulation test stand for track eddy current brake was developed. After analysizing the direction and rane which electromagnetic force probably possess, we designed the two-stage mechanism measuring forces, fixed separately with two sets of sensors from the inside to the outside of the fan-shaped mechanism. The inner sensors are used to measure the attraction,the others to measure the brake force.Then we determined the shape and size of the rail wheel, the mass wheel, the main axle drive, etc. according to the brake energy and the needs of the testing control. We have also proposed how to adjust the stand to give the consequence.
