电站蒸汽轮机热力参数的回归分析建模
Regression Analysis Modeling of Thermo-Parameters for Steam Turbine
【摘要】 在应用 G L R 法对电站传感器进行在线故障自动检测时,需要有所测热力参数的精确模型与传感器的实际输出相比较而形成残差序列。本文介绍以电站蒸汽轮机热力参数的实测数据为根据的多元线性回归分析建模方法。利用该法对某300 M W 电站 用蒸汽轮机的主要热力参数所建立的仿真模型已成功地用于对传 感器的 G L R 检测,检测的灵敏高度,伪报警低,说明所建立的仿真模型是正确和有效的。
【Abstract】 It is required to have the precision model of the tested thermo-parameter when the on-line automatic detection of the sensor is done using GLR approach. This paper introduces a multidimensional linear regression modeling based on the measured data of the tested thermoparameter of steam turbine. With this modeling approach, the simulation models of the main thermo-papameters in a 300MW power plant steam turbine have been made and successfully used in GLR approach for sensons. The detection of sensor using GLR approach has high sensitivity and low false alarm. That shows the simulation models are correct and effective.
