【摘要】 用牛和猪眼肌抗原建立了检测眼肌结合抗体（ＥＭｂＡｂ ） 的ＥＬＩＳＡ法。证实甲亢患者血清中存在ＥＭｂＡｂ。通过ＥＭｂＡｂ 特异免疫复合物、补体复合物解离活性抗体依赖的细胞毒或补体介导的细胞毒（ＡＤＣＣ或ＣＭＡＣ） 测定， 以及ＥＭｂＡｂ 与眼肌细胞抗原结合的实验观察， 表明此种ＥＭｂＡｂ 可能在与已受某种因素损伤后的眼肌结合时， 通过ＡＤＣＣ反应加剧眼肌损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 The eye muscle binding antibody(EMb Ab) was detected by ELISA with two antigens prepared from fresh pig and bovine orbital muscles It was demonstrated that EMb Ab could be presented in the sera of patients with hyperthyroidism By the determinations of EMb Ab specific immune complexes(IC),complex release activity of complement(CRA),EMb Ab dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity,or complement mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC or CMAC) as well as the observation on the binding of EMb Ab to the cellular antigens of eye muscles,it was found that the EMb Ab might enhance the damages of muscles via ADCC when these antibodies combined with the antigens of eye muscles damaged by certain factors.更多还原
