动脉中脉动流量的近似计算方法

【摘要】 Womersley曾给出动脉中血液脉动流量的分析表达式以及对应于Womersley数趋近于0和趋近于无穷大时的渐近表达式。本文在误差小于3%的条件下确定了Womersley流量渐近表达式的适用范围,并找到了Womersley数处于过渡区间时用两段二次函数表示的近似流量表达式。这为计算和分析动脉中的脉动流量提供了一种快速简便的方法。

【Abstract】 The analytical solution of blood flow in arteries was given by Womersley (1957) , with its asymptotic results when Womersley number inclined to be zero and to be infinity. In this paper the application scopes of Womersley s asymptotic results were determined, also at the rest interval simpler formulae of arterial blood flow expressed in two quadratic functions were obtained, while the deviations were controlled under 3 % respectively. Such result provides a rapid but simple method to analyze and calculate the pulsatile flow in arteries.
