兔出血症病毒结构多肽的研究
STUDIES ON STRUCTURAL POLYPEPTIDES OF RABBIT HAEMORRHAGIC DISEASE VIRUS(RHDV)
【摘要】 纯化ＲＨＤＶ 经ＳＤＳＰＡＧＥ、硝酸银染色显示８ 条多肽，分子量分别为８５．１，７１．２，６４．５，６１．４，５７．３，５４．０，２９．２，２８．１ ｋＤ，免疫转印结果确认其中的６ 条多肽为病毒结构多肽，分子量分别为６４．５，６１．４，５７．３，５４．０，２９．２，２８．１ ｋＤ，且其相对百分含量分别为６５．８７，３．１７，３．９７，１０．３２，９．５２，７．１４％ ，表明分子量为６４．５ ｋＤ的多肽为病毒主要结构多肽。
【Abstract】 Eight polypeptides of the purified RHDV,w ith m olecular w eight of 85.1, 71.2,64.5,61.4,57.3,54.0,29.2 and 28.1 kD,w ere detected by SDS PAGE stained w ith silver. By im m unoblotting analysis, six of them w ere determ ined to be viral structural polypeptides w ith theirrespective m olecularw eightsof64.5,61.4,57.3,54.0,29.2 and 28.1 kD,and the relative quantities of the six polypeptides w ere 65.87% , 3. 17% , 3. 97% , 10.32% ,9.52% and 7.14% ,respectively.This resultshow ed thatthe polypeptide of64.5 kD w as the m ain structuralpolypeptide ofRHDV.
