【Abstract】 By making use of pinch analysis of total site composites curves, the paper presented a method of total site energy synthesis and optimization for multi processes and utility system. After fully heat exchanged inner individual processes, the further integration for heat sources and heat sinks of processes with utility system of steam power cogeneration was made, including the balance between energy use and heat recovery, cogeneration of steam and power, optimization of steam levels, and synthesis of turbine networks. The numerical example shows that the reductions of energy usage and pollutent emissiom are remarkable.更多还原
