灵芝对小鼠红细胞 SOD 活性及白细胞吞噬活性的影响

【摘要】 研究了灵芝GL-2发酵物与药用子实体提取物对动物机体抗衰老及免疫作用的影响,即对小鼠细胞内SOD活性及白细胞吞噬活性的影响.结果表明,连续喂养灵芝发酵物与子实体提取物10d,对小鼠红细胞内SOD活性有明显的增强作用(P<0.005),同时也提高了白细胞的吞噬活性,尤其以灵芝发酵物效果较佳.

【Abstract】 The influence of GL 2 fermentative product and extraction of fruit bodies on anti aging function and immunity in mice was studied. The results indicate that both of them have stimulating effects on enzyme activity of SOD and phagocytic function of leukocytes after the mice have been fed with them for 10 days. The effects of GL 2 fermentative product are more obvious than those of the extraction of fruit bodies .
