十字轴多工位模锻成形的三维有限元仿真
3 D FEM Simulation of the Cross Shaft Multi Stage Forging Processes
【摘要】 通过使用集成化技术,把CAD系统和塑性成形有限元求解系统集成在一起,成功地解决了体积成形三维有限元仿真中的复杂三维模具几何建模、六面体网格划分及再划分、六面体网格质量优化和复杂三维模具/工件间的动态接触处理等关键技术难点,并建立了通用的功能完善的体积成形三维有限元仿真系统Forming3.使用Forming3对实际生产中的复杂锻件的多工位成形过程进行了三维有限元仿真,从而掌握了该锻件的成形规律,同时对上述关键处理技术的可靠性进行了验证.
【Abstract】 By using integration techniques, the paper integrated CAD system with the FEM solver of the metal forming prosses. It overcomes some bottlenecks of 3D FEM simulation in metal forming such as geometrical description techniques of three dimensional complicated die,hexahedral mesh generation, remeshing, optimization and three dimensional dynamic boundary adaption technique. A general bulk forming FEM simulator, the Forming 3, was developed. The multi stage prosses of a complicated workpiece were simulated to get metal flow rules of the workpiece.
