复杂汽车锻件多工位成形的 CAE 分析
CAE Analysis of the Multi Stage Forming Processes of Complicated Automobile Part
【摘要】 对利用三维刚塑性/刚粘塑性有限元分析复杂零件多工位体积成形的技术难点:三维速度奇异点的处理;三维模具几何信息的有效、精确、全面化描述;多工位成形时的信息传递;自由锻成形中特殊工艺三维有限元仿真的工步分解等进行了研究和解决.利用自行开发的三维体积成形仿真系统Forming3实现了对实际生产中未经简化的曲轴多工位成形过程的CAE分析.从分析结果得到了曲轴多工位成形的金属流动规律,对合理制定其成形工艺作出了建议.
【Abstract】 The paper researched and resolved some technical difficulties in multi stage bulk forming processes analysis of complicated part by using 3D rigid visco/plastic FEM:treatment of 3D odd velocity nodes;3D comprehensive geometrical description techniques of die, which are information transfer in multi stage forming; process decomposition for special free forging processes. By using the Forming 3, a 3D bulk forming CAE system, the multi stage forming processes of crankshaft were analyzed and the metal flowing law of the part was known. By using the CAE analysis results, the technological improvements were suggested.
