【Abstract】 The necessity of vigorously developing the nuclear generating unit in our country was outlined, on the basis of thoroughly study, analysis and calculation, lots of factors, which affect the capacity of nuclear generator, turbine and rotor speed selection were summarized. Furthermore, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of capacity and rotor speed selection of 1 000 MW nuclear generating unit was created, scientific conclusion was made, which can be referred in the decision in our country.
