【摘要】 目的：观察得康口服液拮抗５－Ｆｕ引起小鼠食量、体重下降及ＷＢＣ减少的作用。方法：将６０只雄性昆明种小白鼠随机分为３组，观察组用得康口服液与５－Ｆｕ联合灌饲小白鼠，空白对照组单纯灌饲５－Ｆｕ，正常对照组灌饲生理盐水，连续给药１０天后测定小鼠食量、体重及ＷＢＣ总数。结果：观察组小鼠日均食量（６８．９±１２．１）ｇ，体重为（２４．１±１．４）ｇ，ＷＢＣ总数（６．９±２．１）×１０９／Ｌ；与空白对照组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：得康口服液可以拮抗５－Ｆｕ引起的小鼠食量、体重下降及ＷＢＣ减少的不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To observe the effects of Dekang Oral Liquid on the toxicity of 5 Fu such as weight lowering and the WBC count lowering of mice.Method:The small mice were infused with Dekang Oral Liquid and 5 Fu,the control group infused only with 5 Fu was also set up.Results:in the former group,the dietary of the mice was (68.9±12.1)g/d,weight (24.1±1.4)g,the average count of the WBC was (6.9±2.1)×10 9/L.The difference between the former group and the control group was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Dekang Oral Liquid have effects on the side effects of 5 Fu.更多还原
