【Abstract】 Using biosurfactants as catalyst, sucrose esters was synthesized at different conditions by homogeneous non-solvent method. In our experiments, the yield reached 50% - 55% . The quality of our sucrose ester products accorded with GB standard. This new synthesis method of sucrose ester have reached the advanced level.更多还原
