杂多酸催化合成顺丁烯二酸二丁酯
Stduy on synthesis of dibutyl maleat with heteropoly acid catalyst
【摘要】 用顺丁烯二酸酐和正丁醇为原料,分别以磷钨酸和磷钼酸为催化剂,合成了顺丁烯二酸二丁酯。通过正交实验考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、酐醇摩尔比、带水剂用量等因素对酯收率的影响,最佳工艺条件下,收率可分别达到96.7%和94.9%。
【Abstract】 Dibutyl maleate was prepared from maleic anhydrideand n- butyl alcohol in the presence of tungstophosphoric acid or molybdophosphoric acid. The effects of reaction time, ratio of reactants, the amount of catalyst and water -carring ageng( toluene) on the yield were investigated by orthogonal tests. Under the optimum condition the yield can reach 96.7% and 94.7% respectively.
