大功率自动变流充电机的设计
A Design of the Big Power Automatically Changeable Current Charger
【摘要】 介绍了自动变流充电机的工作原理、结构组成及软硬件的设计它紧密监测充电过程中蓄电池电量逐渐充足的情况,自动根据机内储存的充电曲线逐步减少充电电流直至充电结束该机软件采用模块化设计,具有充电模式齐全、参数设置灵活、充电曲线事先演示、蓄电池新旧程度自动判别、故障自动诊断、与上位计算机联网后可以实现中央集群监控等先进功能
【Abstract】 A introduction is given to the principle, construction and design of a big power automatically chargeable current charger. During the charging period, the storage batteries’ electric quantity is monitored as it is becoming gradually to the rating. According to the on board charging curve, it will decrease current step by step until to the end. It’s programs have been designed into modulars. There are manifold forms of charging mode in it. The charging parameters can be set quickly. The charging curve may be demonstrated before starting. The recharged level of the storage batteries may be distinguished and the trouble may be diagnosed automatically. After attached to the Host computer on the network, the computer may keep watch on and control all the chargers.
