日本鬼鱼由工厂化育苗技术研究
A Study on Industrial Breeding Techniques of Devil Stinger (Inimicus japonicus)
【摘要】 从北部湾沿海采捕的日本鬼鱼由 ( Inimicus japonicus)亲鱼 ,经暂养后进行催产 ,雌鱼每千克体重注射 L RH-A3 1 0μg+DOM 5mg或 HCG 60 0~ 80 0 IU +LRH-A3 3 0~ 4 0μg;雄鱼注射同样药物 ,剂量减半。共采卵 1 0 9万粒 ,平均受精率 89.0 % ,平均孵化率 90 .0 % ,共培育出体长 1 .8~ 2 .3 cm的幼鱼 2 6.8万尾 ,平均成活率 3 0 .7%。
【Abstract】 Devil Stinger ( Inimicus japonicus ) is one of the notable species of marine edible fishes suitable for shallow sea farming. Parents fishes of Devil stinger were caught from the coastal area of Beibu Gulf in 1998~1999. After temporarily rearing, the mature parents fishes were induced spawning. The hormons and dosages adopted for injection were: LRH A 3 10 μg+DOM 5 mg or HCG 600~800 IU+LRH A 3 30~40 μg per kg of body weight for females and half of the dosages for males. About 1 090 thousand of eggs were collected from the spawning pools. The average rates of fertilization and incubation reached 89 0% and 90 0% respctively in two year productive experiments. A total number of 268 thousands of fries with a body length of 1 8~2 3 cm were produced with a survival rate of 30 7%.
